I would give more stars of available, the pizza was delicious and the staff was so friendly.

I had a grilled chicken salad and it was delicious, the pizza was good as well which was the main reason I went there since my son likes it. The waiter was super nice and the place is nice and clean.

This is not the same place that used to be 20 years ago . Instead of all the bread that used to give I got a quarter which was stale. The spaghetti was drenched with sauce , and they said no cheese no napkins or utensils ?

Solid slice in both size and crunch. Convenient location and outdoor seating for Covid. Definitely not stingy with the cheese or crust which explains why it’s a bit pricey. It’s very good pizza and I would get it again. Plus the guys are pretty friendly. Thanks

Great pizza, and food. Staff, uhhhhh, not so great

Don’t waste your money eating here. This is the first restaurant I’ve been to in my whole entire life that has a policy on seating. If you’re not going to buy a whole pie then they’ll ask you to sit on the smallest most congested tables and chairs and the comfortable chair and tables are reserved for those that wanna pay more. Terrible staff!! A short Hispanic guy that takes orders and also works the bar and the skinny white dude with white hair that usually wears a cap at the cash register are both extremely rude and sick of their job and therefore don’t do it properly. I asked him to give me some crushed pepper on the side with my slices of pizza and he was acting as if I’ve asked him for his life. So, in my opinion it’s not worth walking into a place like that and ruining the rest of your day talking to the staff inside.

I love this place! They prepare high class food, they have a nice menu, The cook in that place is a real authority in the kitchen, I enjoy a lot trying all their dishes. The dishes are always of high class, the service towards the visitors is good. I go often to this restaurant and I was never discontended. I recommend it to all my friends.

After working 30yrs. in the food industry and also pasta & mozarella production from scratch. I come here, when I want a wide and authentic menu and everything from the shrimp scampi to the veal frances is spot on! The pasta "aldente" always! I search no more! oh yeh, almost forgot the cappucino is made with real italian roasted coffee. Don't forget the Tiramisu, as good as the service there!!!♡♡♡

The best Italian restaurant in area.

My favorite pizza spot since I was a teenager! The owners are super friendly and the pizza is delicious. Definitely your comforting NY slice. Their menu is quite robust. Sell by slices and pies. Their pies are very reasonably priced. I'm a creature of habit once I find a spot I like, and this little spot is definitely worth frequenting.

I love this place i live in Miami but Every time i travel to NY this is the place i go when i am hungry ! The food is amazing the people that work there are also amazing ! Avellino has known my family for years so his restaurant is basically the family’s favorite for years !

Spinach was superbly delicious. Eggplant was also delicious. Service was great too.

This is my local spot for pizza! Moved here from California and was in need of pizza in New York that we dont get on the west coast. Amazing flavor and quality is top notch. Great service and you get what you pay for. Never disappointed when I come here.

Let me tell you, the food here is amazing and friendly portions! Even during Covid and the random curfews going on, they were kind enough to let me order 30 mins before closing. Owner is super nice and I definitely recommend it, for a nice night in.

The pull of the cheese was just amazing! The pepperoni pizza was delicious the garlic knots were packed with flavor! The establishment is nice for lunch or a really cute date night! No vegan options, but plenty of vegetarian options!

I support my local, neighborhood businesses and I'm glad Avellino's is one of the few traditional pizzerias still in business. I met Mr. Avellino and staff and they all love and tend to their business equally. My orders whether at the restaurant, pick up or delivery never disappoint: Avellino's menu choices and pizzas are delicious and through the SLICE App we got our delivery sooner than indicated, piping hot and tasty.

My absolute favorite pizza in Queens.They're consistent with the cheese and sauce always a pleasure to go over there the guys are gentlemen and passionate of their work, they also have amazing authentic pasta dishes. Definitely well worth the trip and money.

Soups are decent, I’ve ordered vegetable pizzas there before, and they were good. They didn’t include items that are usually included ( asked the workers first) with other items off of their menu ( pick up order for bread and soup, no bread was packed with my order).

I love Avellino's. Great food. Great service. I grew up eating at Avellino's in Forest Hills. Same great food today. I make sure I eat there every time I go back to visit my family. Keep supporting them, especially theough these unprecedented times. Yesterday I called and placed a special order for my Dad's 85th birthday. Extra care was taken and it was delivered in a propmt manner. They are open for pick up and delivery. We need them to stay in business. Please support local businesses. G-d Bless and stay healthy.

Absolutley love this place. The meat ravioli is fantastic. We usually order delivery, but recently went out to eat there. They sat us, a family of six, with no problem.

Good pizza joint steps from 63rd drive M and R train. My fav is the chicken parm roll. Must try if there.
